Tree-mendous! More than £3K raised with our Christmas Tree Drive

Thank you to everyone who booked a Christmas tree collection with us this year!

Between 1st October and 6th January, we took more than 300 tree collection bookings, which is a new record. Our volunteers were out in force from 8am on the 2nd & 8th January, picking up trees from driveways all over the Southbourne, Christchurch, Burton & Walkford areas.

This year we partnered with Macmillan Caring Locally, a fantastic charity that runs the specialist palliative care unit in Christchurch Hospital. Together we raised more than £3,000 (final figures tbc), which we’re splitting 50/50 with the charity.
